When referring to someone who is an expert in their field, there is an expression that states, “he wrote the book on it”.  Guys, Dr S LITERALLY wrote that book on male plastic surgery. I got a 360 torso tuck and liposuction in January, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. Dr.S is easy to talk to and will thoroughly discuss your goals. And his staff is top notch answering all my questions from consult, to preop, to recovery. If you are on the fence, just do it. Dr. Steinbrech is a wizard.  I went from 8 pack abs in 2008 to 1 big AB in 2021.  10+ years of 321 total crunches, laziness and eating until explosion were eviscerated with his scalpel.  Fast results, in 30 days it gives you a wow I see an unquestionable 6 pack, 60 days its even better and you don't even feel you had anything done.  A priceless feeling to not be embarrassed walking in a swimsuit again.  Thanks!   His team was great and the after care from Patrick to Zane at the front desk was great. I own restaurants in NYC. After a very long challenging year for my industry I decided I needed a pick me up. I've tried to keep in shape all my life.  Extremely difficult at my age,  in my business and with 2 kids. Im very self conscious about my body.  I always wanted a six-pack and a bubble butt to hold up my skinny jeans.
I started googling BEST, TOP SURGEON,
MEN, NYC, ABS, GLUTES, TOP DOCTORS, PLASTIC SURGERY.
Gotham Plastic Surgery, Dr. Douglass Steinbrech was one of several names that came up.
I continued googling Dr. Steinbrech's education, medical experience and prior patient's reviews.................ALL excellent and impressive.
Excitingly, I called the office to schedule a consultation.
The office is Uptown, but without the pretense or attitude. As soon as I was buzzed into the office waiting room I knew I was in the right place.   I was greeted by Zane, who is the BEST......friendly, easy going,, considerate. I was super nervous and felt comfortable immediately.  Every employee on the Gotham team was friendly, kind and only seeking to make my consultation experience wonderful and informative.
With an office run like a well-oiled machine how can Dr. Steinbrech be anything else but a highly skilled, extremely knowledgeable,  very personable plastic surgeon.
As I am writing this I am exactly 6 weeks post-op after undergoing abdominal etching, fat banking and gluteal enhancement.
I cannot stop walking around my house without a shirt on. My kids keep calling me Superman. My brother, who thought I was insane to go through with this procedure,  told me after he saw the results, all those years in the gym you never had a six-pack. I told him it's not a six-pack.......it's an 8-pack:)))))))))))))
I'm back to work and all I do all day and night is show off my AWESOME abs to all my staff and customers.  The outcome is beyond any preconceived expectations that I had. I am so HAPPY and looking forward to a shirtless summer at the beach.

Dr Steinbrech is a master at sculpting the male body!  I had lipo, fat transfer and a 360 body lift.  As a 59 year old male, I now have the the sculpted abs, mid section and butt of a 30 year old! Dr. Steinbrech is a true artist, and i feel honored that he did my surgery. Im overwhelmed with satisfaction after undergoing several procedures at Male Plastic Surgery NY. This was a solid experience in every capacity,  The team was extremely helpful and really gave me their best, and I am very grateful. I have been under the care of other plastic surgeons in the past, but my experience with Dr. Steinbrech and team far supersede my past experiences.  Dr. Gonzalez was very thorough with me on after care, and all of my  post operative questions were answered. This practice is so qualified and distinguished. I will return in the future.
